My site offers users a unique real estate experience, and features my video blog and useful reports on market conditions.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I wanted to have the ability to keep in touch with my clients, old and new, as well as present my business professionally.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This site was my first and was launched in 2006.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Picked something I thought would be easy to remember.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

My video blog stands out from the crowd.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To be the #1 Realtor in Edmonton.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

My website is a money maker for me, that is for sure.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

My MLS property search function needs improvement, and I would love to have information on neighbourhoods on my site.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, if not I would hire people to help me.

Optimizing the site to rank high, but decided to hire a professional to assist with my site.

It has far exceeded what I anticipated when I started it.
