www.bestlionestates.com a website to give people advertising space in a sort of digital newspaper specialized in exclusive real estate.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
the fact that the market of buyers and sellers is very small. By specialising in a marketsegment it is easier for foreigners to penetrate in this market segment much easier.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
About 6 years ago I launched my first website called Koelink Exclusief Vastgoed, later changed in www.Koelinkexclusives.com, a website for intermediaring in exclusive real estate in the dutch belgian borderline.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Since 1988 I used as my trade name Best Lion, with a logo: a lion. I just added the word estates, for real estate.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
the worldwide aspect
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
to keep it for income and to contribute for a better distribution between buyers and sellers
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
At this moment when I am in the starting up of the site it is investing a lot of time and money and the success still has to come.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Then I did not do it because there wasd no challenge. I am an entrepeneur and not a company-buyer
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, because I have my cooperators who are really capable to keep this technical in their hands
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Until this moment I could foresee it.

To create without wasting words a simple instrument

What are your expectations regarding real estate development in Turkmenistan
Recently I saw a documentary onm dutch television regarding your beautiful land and climate. I think that there are a lot of possibilities for tourisme and investing in real estate because of the possibilities. I hope for a stable situation so everyone goes well
