California relocation services Bay Area Real Estate Interview
Name of your website?

Bay Area Real Estate

Your name?

Matthew Larsen

Your Location (city, etc)

Oakland, Alameda

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Team Enterprise is a group of real estate professionals in the San Francsico Bay Area. We provide services for residential, income properties, commercial buildings, relocation services and lots and land.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To be able to provide the latest real estate informaiton, news, laws and finance options to our clients. We also provide direct access to the MLS with thousands of properties available around the Bay Area.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first web site was for the first company I started named Golden Bay Products. This was in 1999.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I did lots of research and looked for the right fit.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We have a group of people and many established relationships. We have the ability to provide better than average services.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To be the best that we can be.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It has been a lot of hard work to get where we are. There is always more to do and it's not really about the money. We love what we do and strive to improve our services for our clients.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would have a much larger network.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes. We would hire more people to handle the work load.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Technology is always changing. There are new tools and marketing services that we offer to our clients. Sometimes all the bugs are not worked out and that can be a headache.

What has been your biggest challenge?

I don't know that I have seen my biggest challenge yet. I will welcome it when it comes.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Promoting it on Google by far.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I had no idea that it would be this much work.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Since 2002. We will keep it for a long time. It is important to us to provide the best real estate tools and services that are available to us.

What is your website address?
