Politics and truth - does that belong in the same sentence anyway?

City of Oakland Attorney, John Russo, is trying to get some justice for tenants he believes have been wrongly evicted from their homes.

Over the past week, Russo has filed five lawsuits in Alameda County Superior Court against banks JPMorgan Chase, and Fidelity National Financial and subsidiaries, and local real estate brokers for what he says is wrongful eviction and violation of local law.

Apparently the buildings had been sold or were in the process and the banks and real estate agents were clearing out the tenants.

One agent of the real estate agencies named in the lawsuit says Russo is choosing politics over the truth.

Time to not be a nice guy says Russo.
