California mortgages RealEstateResolve.Com Interview
Name of your website?

RealEstateResolve.Com

Your name?

John McGee

Your Location (city, etc)

Sacramento

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Commercial mortgage portal. Apply to over 700 lenders online here and potentially save thousands by eliminating broker fees.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I was origonally inspired to start my own websites by my mother who introduced me to website marketing.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

I launched my first website in 2005. This website was focused on dieting and fitness. And that site was WeightResolve which I no longer own.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I decide the names for my websites based on the domain names I am able to acquire.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

The thing that makes my offerings different is the way in which I market and present my marketing.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My eventual goal is to take over a significant portion of the market I an tapping into.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I market primarily using free methods as I do not have a large budget to work with. Mt success using free marketing tecniques in comparison to my earnings is astronomical at this point.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I waould use it to first of all build more inbound links, replication of sites and PPC marketing.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I absolutely would have no problem keeping up with the demand. Just for the one product I sell I have a web ring of about 50 websites and counting. I can handle this market with one handtied behind my back.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

I really haven't had any unexpected exspenses but I have dealt with the headache of time invested. As I market using free techniques I have found this to be very effective but extremely time consuming.

What has been your biggest challenge?

My biggest challenges have been the time invested and in the development of a site that sells products.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

My easiest and most successful marketing technique would be Google AdWords. After that I use free classified ads and I scater my links all over the financial communities on the web.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Not at all. I have found a profitable niche and have been earning profits off of my RealEstateResolve.Com commercial mortgage portal.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I started this site about 3 months ago and in that short time have a been very successful. I plan to market this as long as it remains profitable.

Do you like internet marketing.

I love it. Who wouldn't like to make money.

What is your website address?
