First time home buyers find the silver lining in the dark cloud

As the tornado of foreclosures rips through the housing market, many are finding the silver lining inside the dark cloud.

Many who would have enver been able to afford their first home are finding some great deals out there and actually are finally realizing their dreams of homeownership.

Soaring home prices have locked many out of the market for years. Today, they are finding great deals on foreclosed homes and are pinching themselves when they go to bed deciding if it is real or not.
