The curve goes upward in real estate - is that good news or bad?

For some it will be good news, as real estate is starting to move. It looks like the bottom came and went and now more expensive properties are becoming available.

I am afraid what this means to most of us is the scare is gone and we will (enjoy) the higher cost of real estate once more.

It was nice for a couple of months while it lasted for home buyers previously unable to even think of buying a home with the inflated prices of real estate.
