May you never get into such a situation but still things need to be discussed. I am talking about short selling your property which means that you cannot pay off the mortgage and decide to sell it. This might seem to be a bargain for the buyers but them this property agent is advice for the buyers against buying such property. Strange isn't it? but just check out his reasons of saying so.
