Not enough business from referrals.

Pacific denoting west coast and the service - Title-24
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
I believe my website is clearer and easier to read than many of my competitors.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
It will always be my "home page" for clients.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Three weeks of advertizing has generated only one sold job, so far.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Have a profession design it. It's okay, even pretty good, but not great.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Maybe not! Oh, but what a great position to be in!
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Nothing appreciable.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Getting links on other websites for high search ranking.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Google AdWords and Yahoo Sponsered Search are starting to yield results.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Some learning curve, but not too difficult.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Site had been up three weeks. I'd keep it no matter what, but might cut back on advertizing budget if results are not great.
