Chinese real estate market good for consolidation -Reuters

There is so much potential in the Chinese real estate market that it makes you wonder why some developers chose to look at foreign investors instead of mainland ones.

Now that foreign funding has dried up due to the financial crisis, developers were forced to offer shares to mainland buyers at bargain prices, enough to send a lot of investors into a buying frenzy. However, investors are wary now and won't invest in just any company, fearing that a bubble may form.
