How did you decide on a name for your website?
I hoped people would identify the name with the cause. The intended cause is to help people find the love of God and the love that will matter to the recipient forever
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We open the mind of the viewer with video and word pictures which explain the need for God's eternal love and what eternity will be like without God's love.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
The goal is to maintain the website as long as possible in order to enrich the lives of those who find the love of God and the Love That Matters website.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
The website is an expression my life's passion and the time investment pays eternal dividends. How do you measure success when the soul of even one person hangs in the balance? If one life has been impacted by this website a lifetime of investment will have been well spent. The Love That Matters Website affects the lives of lost and saved souls everyday.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would do everything I could to expand its reach and broadcasting ability.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes we would add more volunteers or paid staff.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Our web building program is limited and the lack of funds to build a better site.
What has been your biggest challenge?
dealing with spam and scam emails.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
SEO programs and free directories on the Internet.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I had to become knowledgably about web building and learn the details of webcasting, blogcasting, and Internet promotions.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I have operated this site for four years and will continue indefinitely.
