Specializing in Colorado Springs real estate and homes for sale. A comprehensive resource for CO home buyers and sellers in the Colorado Springs area. Search 1000's of homes online and find tons of resources and links on the area.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To provide a resource on the area where all people interested in Colorado Springs real estate can go. This was the best way to provide a one stop location for everyone's needs.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

We launched our first website a couple of years ago at www.danielsteam.com. We have added other websites since then and are happy to provide the resources to our consumers. www.coloradorealestateresources.blogspot.com/ is our first blog we launched as well that has had quite a bit of response from our clients.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Daniels Team Real Estate is our company name so we kept it branded in our website names.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To provide a vast resource which all Colorado Springs and Monument consumers go to get information and resources on real estate in the area.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

It may be tough at first, but we have resources to put in place for growth in our site and business.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting to the top of the search engine. Real estate is one of the most competitive categories on the internet.
