Aspen, Colorado, has long been known to be the second home and playground of some of the world's richest and most famous people. It continuously attracts a lot of affluent citizens, who buy homes worth more than $10 million.
Lately, however, sales seem to be dropping while some past owners are already putting up their properties in the sales listings. Apparently, flashing your wealth is not the fad right now, and this evident with the fact that listings today that are worth more than $10 million are greater than that during 2006.
