We offer Colorado real estate and Northern Colorado homes for sale throughout the Front Range including the Colorado cities & communities of Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins, Greeley, Berthoud, Johnstown, Estes Park, Mead, Longmont, Water Valley, Highland Meadows, Hilltop Estates and Wellington, Colorado.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Wanted to be able to help buyers and sellers find the information they needed before the help of The Brad Rowe Team
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
My first website was 3 years ago FindLovelandRealEstate.com It was a templated website and found it was not easy to move into higher ranking. Decided I needed an HTML site.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name BuyandSellColorado.com came to me after I lost a sale from someone I showed property to in the town of Loveland and they bought a house in Fort Collins Colorado instead.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
My website is a resource of information were most site are just the MLS
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I am on most of the front pages for major search engines and would like to try and attain the number one postion. This site is a source of Revenue for me and my family
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
spend more time now on the site with hopes of money and success later down the road
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would want to build a site like cohomefinder.com
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
That is the eventual plan. I would like to have a team of sales people under me to help them attain the goals and financial freedom I want
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Not being able to add features to the site without additional cost
What has been your biggest challenge?
the time and effort I have placed at this time to buld and maintain the site
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
I think natural SEO has been the best. I tried the ppc and cost me way to much money
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It gives you more controll of your dollar and you are the only one responsible for the success of it
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
It has been online one year as of the first. I will keep it in the family for many years to come
