Costa_Rica mortgages Finally Easy Financing in Costa Rica
I was excited to see Money Source Costa Rica.

They are apparently using US credit reports (but no US assets) as part of their financing process for properties in Costa Rica and Panama. That is a great step forward for American's seeking to buy property in Costa Rica or Panama.

I hope the process works as well as it is described from their website!
