Gives information about North Cyprus, the types of villas and apartments that are on the market and the buying process.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

With the growing demand by foriegners to buy villas and apartments in North Cyprus and their need for a website that would introduce them to life in North Cyprus before landing at our international airport.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is our first website and it was launched in 2004

How did you decide on a name for your website?

the name brings together the letters of two brothers names BORa and AYkut

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We offer only quality products that have passed our stringent tests for quality and the only agent that requires developers to produce all the correct documents before we consider marketing for them. Enough said, no need to rip into the competitors

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

we have long term goals and slowly but surely the cowboy competitors are starting to dissapear, nothing more than being the number agent in North Cyprus

60% investment 40% success

I would pay every penny required to be number one in all search engines
