Historic Place for Sale

Mike Zimmerman, a Dover developer puts a landmarks up for grabs in the real estate market. He wants $1.9 million for the three brick building commonly called the Governors Club located on Kings Highway, Delaware.

The building was originally built and used for residence in 1857 but now used for office spaces. Charlie Rodriquez, real estate agent, says that the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Leason House.
