Your name?

Kacem Benali

Your Location (city, etc)

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Kacem Benali and Paul Stagnitto specialize in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area Real Estate Market. Explore the site to find out how DMVPROPERTIES.COM is your one stop shop for all your Real Estate needs. Finding your dream home and making it a reality just got easier.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

It was about time we advertised dmvproperties.com and our services online and to give our clients a place to come see the many services and helpful information we can offer.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

We just launched dmvproperties.com about a month ago and this is our first website.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Well we decided on the name dmvproperties.com because we live in the Washington, DC metropolitan are and many people around this area use the acronym DMV and it stands for DC, Maryland and Virginia.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

dmvproperties.com is a much more comprehensive website than our competitors. We offer very in depth information on our real estate market. We also have many different links that are very useful to anyone thinking of buying and or selling a house.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

We are going to keep this website for our clients benefit.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Our investment of time is very necessary to our success and this is just another service we are providing our clients to better their knowledge about the real estate market.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would add much more content to better inform our visitors about our services.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

We are positive that we can keep up with the demand because we are forever expanding our business.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

We ran into unexpected costs because as we built the site and realized what we could do; we keep expanding our site to accommodate many other features that we originally had not planned to have.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Putting together all the information on the website.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Internet marketing and SEO.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It is much more time consuming than we expected.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

We have been running it for about a month now and will continue to run it for a while if for nothing else; for our clients.

What should poeple do with your web site?

Please visit dmvproperties.com and see for your self.

What is your website address?
