There is not one single new commission stream of income of which is not being paid attention by real estate professionals due to the never ending changes in the Real Estate Market today.

The terms, Cap Rate and Cash on Cash Returns, are two terms of which have caused many a realtor to shy away or to run.

Many people go to school to learn about real estate due to excitement and passion of being able to sell real estate and make a great deal of money.
