Please give us a short summary of your website?

licensed Real Estate Internet Professional agent in DC, MD and VA. Aklile brings the resources and backing of the largest privately owned Real Estate Agency in the USA, Long & Foster, to add his experience to their 97% customer satisfaction rating, to the mutual benefit of all.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Love of working independently and to have my business for the online community.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

1997. Consulting site in computers.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The website name is my mother's name. Besides working for myself, It is the main reason; I am doing Real Estate that our mother passed real estate to me and my brothers in Ethiopia.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

From my previous experience as a network Engineer, it is easy to transfer my skill to this web site.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My eventual goal, build the same real estate company in Ethiopia and do it both in America and my native country. Of course, I have also other interests that are related to what I have experienced in my career.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I have met a lot of interesting and influential people since I started this business. What I am doing right now, look at it as a long term investment. My experience so far can not be substituted with monetary value.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Create bloggs and more website links that I already have "url" for the specific areas.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, will hire more people and customer service is on my top list.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

I look at it, it is part of doing business.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Current crisis in the mortgage bank industry.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Free advertisement for online communities.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It is more than I expected.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

This is my seventh month, so far i am happy with them. For future plan, time will tell.
