Upward trends

The crisis may be approaching its end, at least in some areas of the real estate picture. Donna Evers reports positive numbers for the D.C. and Maryland areas. The 30 year veteran of the real estate business has noticed some changes in market direction. 30.7% down between 2007 and 2008, the market is now "just" 10.6 % down in 2009, an exciting drop in the drop. And, in fact, in June it is 4% higher! The light at the end of the proverbial tunnel? Looks that way.
