bluehorizon homes ltd has been set up by a british company to help people buying abroad to not only get the standard they deserve but to make sure the buying process in egypt is made as simple as can be. we also manage properies and provide interior design and refurbishments.

this is our first website
How did you decide on a name for your website?
this is where the company is based on the blue horizon and for most people the blue horizon means sunny climes
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
we supply what we promise , we have a british finishing tezm based in hurghada finishing our projects and also educating the egyptian workers aloing the way
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
our eventual goal is to bring egyptian quality up to standard and then leave them to build and well just sell and manage
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
at the minute cant answer that one as were just a young company compared to the big fishes
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
i personally would build a college here in egypt and educate alot of the unfortunate people here who are unskilled
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
yeah no problem we have a customer services seperate office based in england and we are currently advertising in the tesco magazine and are coping with demand very well
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
time productivity in egypt is very demanding nothing ever gets done on time
What has been your biggest challenge?
getting building permission in egypt a lot of red tape beauracy

hard to get people interested in egypt

6mths and aslong as business is good
do i regret starting a business in egypt
not at all. due to the strong english pound for the last 5 years you cant find a better place to live, economy wise and the people here are strong and look after you
