Though the banks will hemorrhage money from them soing so, somebody has to invest, and why shouldn't they reap the rewards for the smart pickings from the carnage of commercial real estate loans?

Mortgages of the high profile office buildings and shopping malls desperately need refinancing, and banks are going to be lucky to find good partners willing to take the risks.

Dunfermline Building Society collapsed this weekend because they chose the wrong time to move into commercial real estate.
