We started this project in December 2006 when we found that there were no multilingual European housing site.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

There are no frontiers in the European Union, so we decided to make a website to break limitations in the European Real Estate market. Adverts can be placed for free, and we only want to make it easy for users to find or place an advert.

Why is it for free to place an advert?

Let's see it with an example:

1.- A user place an advert in Málaga, Spain. 2.- Another user is looking for a house in Málaga. 3.- This user will find our advert and he/she will stay longer in our website. 4.- He/she may tell their experience to potential users.

At the end, we get more traffic to our website, so it is good for both of us.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

So far Google AdWords has been the most effective method.
