What inspired you to launch your own website?

To provide an effective selling outlet for Englewood FSBO sellers.

Findlove- Keeplove, 2005

How did you decide on a name for your website?

To effectively describe what I offer

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

No realtors, this is a FSBO outlet.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To grow it into the biggest Englewood FSBO asset around. I plan to expand to Sarasota and Ft. Myers as it grows.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

This is a new website and requires a lot of time and no income.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would advertise my website heavily in the newspaper.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

YES!

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Slow to start. Traffic builds very slowly

Proper keyword placement.

It is more time consuming and frustrating.
