We do not offer any programs to help keep you in your house. We buy houses as investments and are not landlords. Be very leery of any program offering to keep you in your house. More often than not these types of programs will end up costing you more than your monthly mortgage payment. If you were unable to keep up with your mortgage payment how do you plan on paying an even higher monthly rental payment? There are many scam artists out there that promise to keep you in your home. Be realistic with yourself. If you cannot currently afford the payments and the bank is threatening foreclosure and you cannot foresee your financial future getting better, you should sell your house. Getting out from under a burdensome mortgage before you go into foreclosure will help protect your credit rating.
