In this current economic situation,it is crucial that every real estate investors and newbies must have basic knowledge of finance and economics. It is indeed a buyer's market and the best time to buy. I would say myprofit might be less but still I haven't lose.Either I will sell with the best strategies or hold on to my properties. In every transactions, there is risk and must be calculated. Again,basic finance and ecomonics are crucial to success.

I will be very tight cash flow wise but only for short term.

Not money but maybe equity. In real estate, you don't actually lose money but you lose equity.
