Like most of communities in the United States, home foreclosures in Manatee County are still above monthly averages, though in the case of Manatee, with 446 foreclosures last month, this is slightly lower than the record of April.

This has resulted to home owners and buyers rushing to short sales specialists to help them sell their properties before they are closed down.
