House sitter hosts garage sale, sells the things of the house owner

Talk about the foxes guarding the chicken coop.

A woman who left her house to a "friend" while she was away for a couple of months returned back to find out that a lot of her valuable things are now gone. Apparently, her "friend" had a garage sale and sold her belongings. She even told the city about her garage sale.

BEWARE! some housesitters regard this as a business and charge fees. Always ask first on initial contact if they expect to receive a fee for services or expenses!
