Why I choose to Be a real estate agent?
I have loved real estate and building architecture since I was a kid. Real estate was a natural fit for my talents.

I receive allot of people relocating to Key West and never leave. Once I laid eyes on the area I was instantly hooked and decided to sell real estate here.
Who is your idol?
My idol has to be my father. His work ethic and family values has inspired me to become the man that I am today.
Why did you get a website?
Having a Key West real estate website is a must in today's computer age and it's a great form of advertisement.
What sets your website apart from the other real estate websites?
The fact that I've put allot of time and my self into it. I love doing design and helping my visitors find out more about the area.
Do you have a goal?
My goal is to provide a good service. My clients love my work and refer me all the time.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
My theory is to work hard and things will come to you. That has helped me become the success that I am today.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would invest allot of money in print advertisement on billboards, park benches and the such.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes. I have a wife you is a real estate agent and can find people to help me here.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
The current real estate market in the US is pretty bad, but my referals keep me going.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Learning HTML. Man I was a non tech y for a long time until I got my website. Now I'm pretty good.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
I have been adding the website address to all of my business cards. A website is a great way to introduce yourself with out paying for gas.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I didn't relize the potential a real estate website had at first. Now a few years into the project I do not understand how I lived without one.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
It's been a couple of years, and I would love to keep it up for many years to come.
How long will you continue to be a realtor?
I plan on being a Key West Realtor until I retire. Since I'm a workaholic that's going to be a very very long time.
