When did you start your website and why?
We started the website in Feb. 2007 and just went live on 7/11/2007
We started the site to help sell the growing inventory of foreclosure properties in South Florida. By helping buyers get the best deal on real estate we can help them make money and become lifelong clients.

Our website eliminates most of the real estate on the market for sale. We focus on dealing with the truly motivated sellers. Foreclosures, REOs, divorce sales, bankruptcies, probate sale, fire sale, water damaged, hanymans, etc..
Our mission is to help individuals and families make the best real estate decisions by providing the most accurate information and sound guidance. Through the use of technology we locate properties offering equity, organize them in an online marketplace, educate consumers about real property valuation, and make the whole transaction process more efficient and enjoyable.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Keeping it simple isn't always easy. Keeping the new properties fresh and updated daily
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
Peoople seem to be interested in making money in real estate. Of course alot of the hype in the market has gone away but many people still realize that investing in real estate can be a very good decision.
What was your biggest mistake?
So far so good. Hopefully we don't make too many mistakes.
Who maintains your website and why?
We have a local web developer Ben Hoffman of TSC internet because he was referred to me and is good at what he does.
Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?
The website has just gone live and we hope to generate alot of interested buyers and help them make money in real estate. Also, we plan to recruit junior investors to Join Our Team with the help of our site.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
The future is wide open and we are progressing at light speed. We plan to exploit technology as much as possible to bring value to our clients.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
We can us all the help we can get. Hopefully we can get to the top and be recognized as creating value for all.
What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?
I beleive that search engines are what make the web work. They have to help.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
So far I am using mostly online advertising and have not yet been able to measure response. Hopefully I will be able to say this works.
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
Nothing is worse than doing nothing. We just started.
What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
Kill the pop ups they slow the whole thing down and I can't beleive they really add any value to the web.
