as an investment, buy a bank foreclosed home in South Florida
11/03/09 05:46
In South Florida, one can easily buy a home that was foreclosed by the bank, then turn it into a rental home or a fix it and resell it home.
From the past housing boom, as well as from the current housing downturn, flippers are now a lot more responsible due to the lessons that have been learnt from the situation.
Cheap foreclosed properties are now being chosen with the most potential by way of rehabilitation as well as making them a lot more enticing to buyers.
