Florida subdivisions Westchase Real Estate Interview
Name of your website?

Westchase Real Estate

Your name?

Robert Lipply

Your Location (city, etc)

Tampa, FL

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Our website is designed to give detailed and pertinent information about the multiple subdivisions that make up the Westchase area. Also included are the area schools, shopping centers, parks and recreation surrounding the Westchase area.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Our desire to search the buyers and sellers of the Westchase area.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

We have multiple websites to support our business. The very first website was launched in 2000 which covers our entire Tampa Bay real estate services. www.lipplyrealestate.com

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Our family name drove the URL name.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

It is broad in scope, up to date and offers a free custom MLS search feature.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To become the top realtor group in the Tampa Bay area.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Very well.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

More custom details.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

People stealing our content.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Unfriendly competitors.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Hard work, unique content.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I didn't know it was going to be such hard work.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Approximately 2 years. It will always be up and running as this is what we do.

Is it rewarding creating websites?

Yes, I never had this much fun with a computer.

What is your website address?
