It seems that broken dreams are starting to be other people's gold mines for good real estate deal. This belief is further confirmed by the fact that bus tours are already available to show you to some of the foreclosed homes in America.
What's good about this foreclosed homes are their prices zooming down. This means good deals for interested buyers. That's how these properties will end up anyway--in the hands of new people.
