My website describes a unique home and acreage that I have for sale in the Atlanta area near the town of Woodstock (northern Atlanta suburbs). This property is unique because it is close in to the city, but is on 5 acres of wooded land with streams. Besides being quite private, it is also energy independent to the extent that it does not rely on county water, sewage, or in an emergency, even electricity. The house has a 9 kW propane electrical generator in addition to commercial power, and a 500 gallon buried propane tank which is used for cooking and heating as well. The house faces South on the back, and is therefore amenable to solar applications.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I launched my website to make people aware of the features of my home and property which I am offering for sale. I am now retired and plan to move further out from the city because I no longer need to commute to the office. This property is VERY convenient for people with jobs in the Atlanta area (minutes to: Atlanta = 45, Marietta = 25, Alpharetta = 20, Woodstock = 12)
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
My first serious website (launched about 8 years ago) was about my marine aquarium system in which I propagated coral species that I personally collected from around the world. The home that I have for sale includes a large built-in show tank between the breakfast room and family room.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The website is named to describe the general nature of the property that I am offering for sale.

Yes, the home has been appraised and is being offered at $97,000 under the appraised value.
