By Interviewer at 08/19/07 23:33

Name of your website?

Guam Real Estate Resource

Your name?

Gabriel Lombard

Your Location (city, etc)

Barrigada, Guam

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Streamlining the best of accessible real estate resources for Guam, Guam Real Estate Resource is the only web site you will need for all of your real estate needs!

What inspired you to launch your own website?

There is a lack of quality real estate websites in Guam! With online consumers doing more research on their own they needed a better website with quality content to deliver their needs.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Probably when I was 14 or 15, just a personal web page.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I wanted to be an all encompassing resource center for all Guam real estate, thus making it better!

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

It's clean, unique, and efficient. It offers only content you need and not the generic content you don't. It provides streamlined searches and great information about Guam as well.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To become the #1 visited website for any Guam Real Estate inqueries.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I don't know yet!

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would hire people to do the work I'm doing!

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I would hire people to do so.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The intricacies of coding!

What has been your biggest challenge?

Graphic layout being pleasing to the eye.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Submission to search engines!

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It's a never ending process but is fulfilling when the hits start coming!

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

About 2 months, it will run forever.

What is your website address?
