We are selling direct beachfront modern day bungalow/homes. Our value priced homes are built to American standards, yet priced right !! Making Caribbean beachfront homes purchasing a reality to everyone.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
To draw customers to the best investment country in Central America.... Honduras
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Our website was launched last month. this is our only attempt to online marketing. Our product sells itself.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The name of the suburb is "Coco Pando"
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
we are not over inflating our homes, just because they are beachfront. We can make a good profit by selling volume. that in itself helps us and the potential buyers.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Starting Phase II befor Phase I is completed.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Time is money... money is time.... both are needed in life.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would not work 7 days a week.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
No. I can barely keep up now.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
bad advise from x partner.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Trying to do everything myself.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
I advertised on one pay site and other free sires.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I received allot of response quickly.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Our site has been up for almost one month. I will keep it up, because we have other development plans in th efuture.
Why did you buy in Honduras ?
Honduras is one of the worlds best undiscovered countries. The mountains, beaches, friendly people, and my Honduran wife Sugey.
