Henderson Land Had Sold An Apartment For 439 million Hong Kong Dollars

Henderson Land, one of the largest developers in Hong Kong announced recently that it had sold an apartment for 439 million Hong Kong dollars, despite the city’s chief executive warning that the city might be facing a real estate bubble.

Though Henderson Land declines to disclose the buyer's name, they said that the company is registered in Hong Kong where the buyer's representative speaks in the local Chines dialect with a strong mainland accent.
