Unreasonable Foreclosure Evictions

Some of these banks, especially the smaller ones, tend to get a little carried away by their emotions and foreclose any property that they want to foreclose. This unfair, of course, to those homeowners who pay their monthly fees on time and have no idea of any problem with their home ownership.

This is why I am glad to find out that at least some counties are already stepping in the right direction.
