Please give us a short summary of your website?
Martin Dorgan Is a Professional Realtor and Real Estate Marketing Specialist. Primarily specializing in the marketing and selling of homes within Columbus, Indiana; specifically the neighborhoods of Park Forest, Forest Park, Parkside, Broadmoor, Sycamore Bend, and Tipton Lakes.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I like to think of myself as Unique! an "Out of the Box!" thinker. I believe that you have to be on the cutting edge of the next paradigm shift, which I think will be Real Estate Sales through the Internet. So I embraced the concept totally!
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
My first website has since gone, after selling the business it was related to, but it did bring me clients which was the bottom line goal. It was "SunTannersImage" for an indoor tanning salon.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
As always I like to be inventive, but highly directed, so I chose domain names that were actually search terms.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
I offer far greater capabilities to my viewers, and in the end that is what it's all about What I can offer my prospects, my buyer's, and my Seller's. Don't we all want the most for our money! My prospects can search through an IDX Search for their home; my Seller's have their homes marketed through syndication to more potential buyers!, and my Buyer's can search for new homes, all from my site.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I'm being modest, but I would like to keep it to reach and attain my personal goals. But I would consider making a residual income from it in the future, and possibly writing a book about How To?
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Spectacular Results! Well worth the time, effort and expense.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Expansion, expansion, expansion, Enough said.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I have a great mentor, who if need be would help with the demand, and if need be; I would hire a virtual assistant withoust any thought, "Virtual Assistants" are going to be the next big move in Real Estate.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
I'm a fan of GO Daddy, because its basically one stop shopping. But reality is I prefer another source for my websites.
What has been your biggest challenge?
The internet grows constantly, trying to stay current or ahead of the game, is sometimes very time consuming.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Email, which I have now branded to my website(Read Below for my suggestion how to benefit from Email Branding) Hi Everyone!

It hasn't at all, I've got a realistic approach which has been dead on target for what I percieved of in it's conception.

Approximately a year and a three quarters so far.
