www.sandybakst.com is a website dedicated to help anyone interested in anything real estate related. I am licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, so I have a good amount of knowledge of this area and it's demographics. I help both buyers and sellers from the beginning to the end with the least amount of hassles. I am commited to EXCEED your real estate expectations!
What inspired you to launch your own website?
With about 82% of all people looking for homes online, it made a whole lot of sense to put the best website together that would address just about everything related to real estate. That way, people looking at my site would realize that this agent knows his stuff and will want to contact me to help them with their real estate needs.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I launched www.sandybakst.com back in 2003. It has evolved a whole lot by me investing lots of time and money to get the best possible site.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
My goal is really a simple one. Give the public as much information as possible relating to Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Real Estate and hopefully they will want an experienced and knowledeable real estate agent like myself to help them with any real estate need.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Yes, Since I have invested quite a bit of money and hundreds of hours developing my site, it has paid off to a degree. I must continue on a daily basis to keep everything on the site as up to date and fresh as possible, so I can continue to get more clients.
