House prices may have gone down a little in York county, Maine, but the situation here is still a lot better than the general condition of the state and the nation.
To illustrate, the number of units sold last year was 19.3 percent while the median price of houses was down by around 5 percent. These figures are better than the state average of 20.9 percent and 7.2 percent, respectively.
