Maryland home sales fell by 27%

Just today, Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy. What does this tell us when an age-old, fabled financial organization falls down? It must mean that things are getting worse than what we expected.

And this all stemmed from the US subprime crisis. It can be felt even by the smallest property developer, as home sales go down. For example, in Maryland, county home sales fell by as much as 27% last month.
