What inspired you to launch your own website?

I have 5 websites and started the process about 5 years ago. My thought were then that the future if Real Estate would be the internet. Clients would enjoy searching this way, but need to include great pictures and virtual tours. This would eliminate wasted time for all.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

About 5 years ago. http://www.homesdatabase. I did have another, but can't remember. A site I signed up for a produced no activity beacuse had no placement on the net.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Tried to affiliate with my business

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Provides more local information

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Keep it and add more to it.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It's getting much better within the past year and half.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

HAve someone else maintain it as well as produce utube videos as well as better flyers off of the sites

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, I would hire people as necessary
