Tom Kennedy gets pissed with developing Stougton Condo

Everett-based developer-Tom Kennedy, proposed to build a Chapter 40B development called the Woodbridge Crossing located at Mill and Central Streets in the town of Stoughton, MA.

Kennedy planned build a 192 condo building at the site but unfortunately his appeal was not favored by townspeople. In 2006, he gained favor from the housing count to start the project but still towns people still opposes to the development of such large scale building. Now Kennedy don't want to develop the place to the difficulty to deal with this town and now the building stands a danger to everyone around it.
