Mexico has always been a shaker and mover in Real Estate. Its vecinity to the U.S.A. and tipically favorable exchange rate, plus, of course, the culture and friendliness of the people...and the tequila, make the difference. The crisis hit Mexico just the same as other areas (who was unaffected?). The flu epidemic, of course, did not help. But things are slowly falling into place. Most of the experts agree that the Real Estate market is slowly crawling out of the hole. It looks like the first quarter of 2010 things in Mexico Real Estate will start to move again.
