A Solution to Michigan's Foreclosure Problem

Among the states affected by the crisis, Michigan must be one of the most affected, seeing its big cities like Detroit becoming large ghost towns. No wonder state legislators are running all over the place, thinking of a good solution to the crisis.

Fortunately, the have already formulated a plan along the lines of the plans of other states, and that is to put lenders and borrowers on the table to negotiate and modify the loans.
