When did you start your website and why?
I secured my domain name and several others about three years ago as I saw the growing wave of internet research that was taking place on the internet, specifically relating to real estate.
Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc
The objective is to create a user friendly interface that is non-threatening and non- demanding of contact information. I feel that it is best to give people breathing room and when the time is right, and after I have earned their trust and confidence, my hope is that they will have found the site to be a useful resource and will reach out and introduce themselves.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Staying on top of the technology and internet marketing. Essentially staying competitive.
What has been the easiest part of operating your website?
Finding the right web host!

Finding the wrong web host!
Who maintains your website and why?
Agent Image. The simple answer is that they are reachable and accountable.
This is my storefront and I need to trust the storekeeper!

It has bridged the geographical distances that separate my services from the out of state Buyer.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
Like it or not, the internet is the way that almost all of our business will be transacted. It stems from the newer generations of tech savy consumers and must be embraced if we desire to cultivate real business relationships with tomorrows buyers.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
Extremely important but totally unfair. I feel that it should be a fair marketplace but instead it is pay to play. One could pay thousands of dollars to have a code writer write pages of content that serve no value to the consumer but speak the language of the internet so that the "spiders" rank these sites higher.
It should be about relevant content not the size of a checking account!
What are your views on Search Engines? Have they helped or hindered your website?
They have helped but I have done this by manually submitting, blogging, and publishing. The Hard Way!
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
You must tie all of your marketing ideas together to drive web traffic,ie. print, internet, mailings, etc.
What method has been least successful for promoting your website?
Doing nothing and thinking that having a website was enough.
What would you like to see change with respect to the internet?
Make search engine placement a fair and level field.
Has the internet erroded our basic ability to interact with one another?
Undoubtedly! My goal is to maintain the best of both worlds. Offer the best and most advanced tech solutions with the intent of cultivating a long and lasting business relationship the old fashioned way, through customer care and top flight service!
