My web site contains featured listings for central minnesota/realestate for sale/local information the the Milaca area/contact information, information regarding $1,000 gift card for those buying a home/selling a home/anywhere.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Starting in the Real Estate Business I wanted a way to advertise homes for sale, let people know the service I offer and my listings

simple....jilljohnsonhomes.com, this says it all

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

It is similiar to other Real Estate web sites however we will be working on making this one truyly unique...work in progress

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To keep it for income, provide information to people in Central Minneosota with up to date knowledge of the Real Estate and what is going on in there area.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Very well, the time and money has definitely paid off in launching this web site

It hasnt really anticipated everything thus far

since June of 2007 I will keep it as long as it keeps producing results
