What inspired you to launch your own website?

I located a need in this market for greater resources for those looking for a home online...locally and throughout the country

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

It is VERY user friendly, very aestetically appealing, full of unique content relating to the area and real estates climate locally.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To make it the #1 real estate resource in the area.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It is too early to tell

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would have the site custom built and would incorporate an online store.

Absolutely

None yet...

What has been your biggest challenge?

Working around the Joomla framework and still attaining the look I am going for.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

SEO optimization

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It is MUCH more time consuming

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

3 months...I plan to keep it indfinitely
